I want you to know that I am committed to providing services in the absolute safest way possible following industry recommendations from Work Safe BC.

Things to note before your appointment:

If you are sick, have been sick in the last 14 days, or have been around anyone who is sick, please reschedule your appointment.

Please let me know if you, or anyone you have come into contact with, have been travelling outside of Victoria within the last 14 days.

You will be required to fill out a Covid-19 Pre-appointment Questionnaire upon booking.

-I will be wearing a mask for the duration of your appointment.

-Everything in the space will be cleaned and sanitized between every guests, prior to your arrival (chairs, sink, door knobs, counter tops, tools/equipment, washroom, etc.)

-Unfortunately, at this time, I will not be offering hugs, handshakes, or high fives.

-You may wash your hands in the washroom upon entering the space. There will also be hand sanitizer available.

-Please limit personal items as much as possible.

-Products are available for purchase, but please let me grab them off the shelf for you

-For now, no visitors are allowed in the space during your appointment.

-If you would like to limit the duration of your appointment (to limit risk), feel free to let me know and we will not wash or blow dry/style your hair.

Below are some of the online certifications I have taken recently to refresh and update my knowledge on the protocols of infection control, safe cleaning, sterilization, and chemical practices in the industry.
